4. Candidate Data Specifically

As a recruitment firm, the core of our business involves handling candidate resumes and personal details on behalf of hiring companies. We want to be transparent about this:

• We do not charge candidates any fee for registering, applying, or being placed through Nxspire. If anyone claims to represent us and asks for payment, please report it to us immediately.
• Your resume and profile may be shared with one or more client companies actively hiring for a role that matches your profile.
• We do not sell candidate data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• You may request that we stop processing your data or remove your profile from our active database at any time (see Section 9, Your Rights).

5. How We Share Information

We may share your information with:

• Client companies actively hiring for a role you have applied to or been shortlisted for
• Service providers who support our operations (e.g. website hosting, email, and communication tools), under confidentiality obligations
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law

We do not share your personal data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain candidate and client data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining a database of candidates for future matching roles, unless you request earlier deletion. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
